At Innotalent+, we designed our first service model, Startup Studio, to share the diverse sectoral experience we've gained throughout our careers, spanning from the civilian industry to the defense industry, with entrepreneurs who want to start their entrepreneurial journey on a strong footing, and to walk that path together while sharing.
For companies/institutions that want to integrate into the new economy to go beyond survival and further themselves, we designed our other service model, Corporate Startup Studio. After all, for institutions, building next-generation companies, or startups, in addition to their existing assets, is an excellent opportunity for both growth and increased company value.
Within the framework of the service models we have designed, we take action in areas that we consider strategic and where entrepreneurs and companies/institutions generally fall short in the context of the new economy, such as Business R&D (= Business Model + Value Proposition Design), Contract and Negotiation Management Consultancy for Startups, Financial Management Consultancy, and Corporatization and Execution from the Idea Stage onwards.

As a Startup Studio, we operate through two models. In the first model, we provide operational and strategic support to founding teams in specific verticals, joining them as shareholders on their entrepreneurial journey. In the second model, we collaborate with an institution as a sponsor to support the entrepreneurial journey together.

With our Ideathon service, we provide a platform for individuals with innovative ideas to find solutions to problems and develop business ideas. Through our Hackathon service, we encourage the creation of prototypes through short, intensive work sessions.
